Viktor Harlan
Founder & CEO
Viktor spent fifteen years building data-center infrastructure for electronic trading firms on Wall Street before founding NewMachine. He personally designed the network architecture for the company's first three facilities and remains deeply involved in infrastructure decisions. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.
Grace Tanaka
Chief Operating Officer
Grace manages the day-to-day operations of NewMachine's six global facilities, including the 24/7 NOC and a field engineering team of 40. Before NewMachine, she ran operations for a major financial data-center provider in Asia-Pacific, overseeing a portfolio of twelve facilities.
Brendan Gallagher
VP of Network Engineering
Brendan leads the team that designs and operates NewMachine's low-latency network fabric. A former network architect at a Tier 1 exchange, he holds CCIE and JNCIE certifications and has published research on deterministic Ethernet switching for trading applications.
Dr. Ingrid Weiss
Head of FPGA Engineering
Ingrid leads NewMachine's FPGA practice, delivering custom hardware-accelerated solutions for market data processing, order entry, and network timestamping. She holds a PhD in computer engineering from TU Munich and previously designed FPGA-based trading systems at a European high-frequency firm.
Samuel Osei
Director of Client Engineering
Samuel leads the team that onboards new clients and ensures their infrastructure performs optimally. With a background in systems engineering at a global investment bank, he understands both the technology and the trading workflows it supports, and he serves as the primary technical escalation point for NewMachine's largest accounts.
