Viktor Harlan
Founder & CEO
Viktor spent fifteen years building HPC and data-center infrastructure for scientific computing and AI research organizations before founding NewMachine. He personally designed the GPU cluster architecture for the company's first three facilities and remains deeply involved in infrastructure decisions. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.
Grace Tanaka
Chief Operating Officer
Grace manages the day-to-day operations of NewMachine's six global facilities, including the 24/7 NOC and a field engineering team of 40. Before NewMachine, she ran operations for a major AI cloud provider in Asia-Pacific, overseeing a portfolio of twelve GPU data centers.
Brendan Gallagher
VP of Network Engineering
Brendan leads the team that designs and operates NewMachine's InfiniBand training fabrics. A former network architect at a national supercomputing center, he holds expertise in RDMA optimization and has published research on topology-aware collective communication for distributed training.
Dr. Ingrid Weiss
Head of GPU Systems Engineering
Ingrid leads NewMachine's GPU systems practice, delivering optimized hardware configurations for large-scale ML training. She holds a PhD in computer engineering from TU Munich and previously designed GPU cluster architectures at a European AI research institute.
Samuel Osei
